We held our first set of How Do I TechShops on Friday, February 20th! The TechShops centered around communication. We engaged in meaningful learning by participating in real time conversations with fellow MSU-ES employees and CAS-RC staff using GroupWise Messenger. After IM-ing with each other, we learned how to communicate one on one with the CAS-RC staff by requesting help online (no calling necessary!) via the CAS Resource Center website. Our two thirty minutes technology workouts helped everyone become more efficient using the technology in their office.

1.) Downloading pictures from your camera to your computer.
2.) Connecting a laptop to the TV.
